This project involves ironmaking plant, steel plant and hot rolling plant, a total of 87 water pumps, the scope of the transformation includes improving the hydraulic performance of the pump, optimize the resistance characteristics of the pipe network. After the transformation, the key indicators such as flow and pressure fully meet the production requirements, and the average power saving rate reaches 16%, which has been highly recognized by Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and gradually promoted in the whole plant of Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

This project involves the sintering plant, ironmaking plant, steelmaking plant, steel rolling plant, coking plant, power plant supply, circulating water system, more than 100 pumps. Among them, 74 pumps were retrofitted in EPC mode, replacing the original 78 pumps.

The project involves the circulating water system of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Energy Plant, steel plant and steel rolling plant, with a total of 100 high-efficiency water pumps. The first phase of the project involves 102 power plants, 9 coking plants and 15 ironmaking plants, totaling 126 water pumps. The key parameters such as flow and pressure remain unchanged before and after the technical reform, fully meeting the production needs of Lingyuan Steel. The average power saving rate of technological transformation reached 26.18 per cent, which was highly recognized by Lingyuan Iron and Steel.

Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Rolling Circulating Water System Energy Saving Project
This technical transformation involves the steel-making and steel-rolling workshop of Anyang Iron and Steel II, with a total of 27 circulating water pumps in 12 systems. After the transformation, the main flow rate, pressure and other key indicators of all systems are not lower than before the technological transformation. The average operating efficiency of the pump reaches 83-84%, and the average power saving rate exceeds 31%. The transformation effect has been highly recognized by Anyang Iron and Steel leaders and users.

Bayer technical transformation project involves A547 system, the original system used in the pump for the German imported KSB water pump. This project has 10 technical renovation pumps, with an operating efficiency of 80%-82% before technical renovation and 88%-90% after technical renovation. According to the energy consumption per ton of water, the power saving rate is 15.2, the flow pressure and other indicators fully meet the production requirements, and the effect of technical transformation has been highly recognized by Bayer.
