Bayer technical transformation project involves A547 system, the original system used in the pump for the German imported KSB water pump. This project has 10 technical renovation pumps, with an operating efficiency of 80%-82% before technical renovation and 88%-90% after technical renovation. According to the energy consumption per ton of water, the power saving rate is 15.2, the flow pressure and other indicators fully meet the production requirements, and the effect of technical transformation has been highly recognized by Bayer.

This project involves 3 circulating water systems of Nanshan Mining Company and Gushan Mining Company under the mining company, with a total of 9 pumps. In June 2013, Shanghai Rychen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. carried out energy-saving technical renovation on 4 pumps in 3# water supply pump room of Nanshan Mining Company's selection section, with an average power saving rate of 28%. Due to the obvious energy-saving effect, it was popularized in mining companies the following year. In August, 3 circulating pumps in 4# circulating water pump room of Nanshan mining company's mineral processing workshop and 2 circulating water pumps in 1# overflow pump room of Gushan mining company's mineral processing workshop were completed, the power saving rates were 19% and 26%, respectively.
