Southern Cement Co., Ltd. Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project

Jiangxi Southern Cement responded to the national call for environmental protection, reduced dust emissions, and replaced the original electric dust removal equipment at the kiln end of each branch plant with bag dust removal equipment. The system resistance will increase by 1000Pa to 1500Pa. Shanghai Rychen adopts high-efficiency fluid conveying technology and customized "Rui Chang" high-efficiency energy-saving fan, which can not only meet the need of increasing wind pressure after changing electric bags, but also effectively reduce the increase of production cost. After technological transformation, the operating efficiency of the three high-efficiency fans is higher than 80%, and the increase in power consumption per ton is lower than 1.5kWh, meeting the requirements of Southern Group.

Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. Coal Mill Fan Reconstruction Project

The operating efficiency of the original 4000t/d coal mill fan is 68.8%, and the operating efficiency is low. In order to improve the air volume, the original fan needs to be technically modified. After the renovation of our company, the flow rate has been greatly improved compared with that before the renovation, the equipment is stable in operation, and the fan operation efficiency has reached 82.7, which has been unanimously recognized by the senior management and leaders of Jinyu Dingxin.

Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd. Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project

In response to the national call for "energy saving and emission reduction", Zhongcai Changde Cement has reduced chimney dust emissions and replaced the original electric dust removal equipment of kiln head fan with bag dust removal equipment. The system resistance will increase by 1000Pa to 1500Pa. Shanghai Rychen adopts high-efficiency fluid conveying technology and customizes "Rui Chang" high-efficiency and energy-saving fans, which can not only meet the needs of increasing wind pressure after changing electric bags, but also effectively reduce the operating power of kiln head fans. After the energy-saving technological transformation, the operating efficiency of the kiln head fan is as high as 87.21, and the operating power is reduced from 225KW before the transformation to 154KW. The customer has reported good results and plans to hand over other fans to Shanghai Rychen for further transformation.

Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd.

Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. cooperated with Shanghai Rychen to carry out the technical reform of fan energy saving. The raw material mill circulating fan of 5000T/D production line of Daye Branch was selected as the pilot, and the transformation was completed in May 2016. The equipment was stable in operation and the power saving rate was as high as 20.2, which was unanimously recognized by the senior management of Huaxin Cement.

With the increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry, it is imperative to save the cost of the production line. Shanghai Rychen carried out energy-saving transformation on its high-temperature fan and circulating fan in 2017 and 2018 respectively. After the transformation, the equipment is stable in operation, and the energy saving benefit is remarkable. The power saving rate is 19.7% and 27.8% respectively, which has been unanimously recognized by the senior leaders and leaders of the old estuary of Gezhouba.
