The raw material mill circulating fan of 5000T/D production line of Daye Branch was selected as the pilot, and the transformation was completed in May 2016. The equipment was stable in operation and the power saving rate was as high as 20.2, which was unanimously recognized by the senior management of Huaxin Cement.

The company has 4500t/d new dry cement clinker production line, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of clinker and 2.1 million tons of cement. Huaxin Cement (Lijiang) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. The company has a 2500t/d new dry cement clinker production line with a cement production capacity of 1 million tons/year. The company actively responds to the call of the national energy conservation and environmental protection, and carries out the technical reform of fan energy conservation. The raw material mill circulating fan of 2500t/d production line was selected as the pilot for bidding. Shanghai Rychen won the bid and completed the renovation in February 2017 with perfect delivery. The equipment is stable in operation, and the power saving rate is as high as 23.5, which has been unanimously recognized by the senior management of Huaxin Cement Group.

Renovation Project of Circulating Fan of Huaxin Cement (Jianchuan) Co., Ltd
In this renovation of the 2000t/d line circulating fan, the operating efficiency of the original fan is 57.15%, and the operating efficiency is low. In order to reduce energy consumption, the original fan needs to be energy-saving. After the transformation of our company, the equipment is stable in operation, the fan operation efficiency exceeds 81%, the power saving rate reaches 35.3, and the power saving rate is 544.1kWh per hour, which is unanimously recognized by the leaders of Huaxin senior management and Jianchuan factory.
