Meigang case

In this project, it is mainly aimed at the energy-saving technological transformation of dust removal fans in Meigang ironmaking plant. Shanghai Rychen has transformed 10 fans (including mine trough, coal injection, whole grain, tail, batching system, etc.) at one time. The total operating power before the renovation is 9165kW, and the total operating power after the renovation is 6772kW, with a comprehensive energy-saving rate of over 26% and an annual cost reduction of over 11 million yuan.

From the beginning of 2018, Shanghai Ruichen Environmental Protection has successively transformed 5 high-efficiency and energy-saving fans for Juxian Zhonglian Technology, covering the entire production line and putting them into use one after another, with immediate results. It saves 6.375 million kw of electricity per year, 3.825 million yuan per year, 1912.5 tons of standard coal per year and 5559 tons of CO2 per year (the annual operation time of the fan is calculated at 5000h).
