Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd. Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project

In response to the national call for "energy saving and emission reduction", Zhongcai Changde Cement has reduced chimney dust emissions and replaced the original electric dust removal equipment of kiln head fan with bag dust removal equipment. The system resistance will increase by 1000Pa to 1500Pa. Shanghai Rychen adopts high-efficiency fluid conveying technology and customizes "Rui Chang" high-efficiency and energy-saving fans, which can not only meet the needs of increasing wind pressure after changing electric bags, but also effectively reduce the operating power of kiln head fans. After the energy-saving technological transformation, the operating efficiency of the kiln head fan is as high as 87.21, and the operating power is reduced from 225KW before the transformation to 154KW. The customer has reported good results and plans to hand over other fans to Shanghai Rychen for further transformation.

Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd.

Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. cooperated with Shanghai Rychen to carry out the technical reform of fan energy saving. The raw material mill circulating fan of 5000T/D production line of Daye Branch was selected as the pilot, and the transformation was completed in May 2016. The equipment was stable in operation and the power saving rate was as high as 20.2, which was unanimously recognized by the senior management of Huaxin Cement.

Shanghai Rychen carried out energy-saving transformation on its high-temperature fan and circulating fan in 2017 and 2018 respectively. After the transformation, the equipment is stable in operation, and the energy saving benefit is remarkable. Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project of China United Cement Co., Ltd.

The enterprise has a domestic leading level of 5000t/d new dry cement production line, with an annual production of 1.8 million tons of high-quality clinker and 2.6 million tons of cement. This time is aimed at the energy-saving renovation of the original high temperature, circulating and tail exhaust fans. The operating efficiency of the original fans is 65.7, 63.8 and 59.1 respectively. After the renovation by our company, the operating efficiency of the fans has reached 81.6, 83.0 and 84.2 respectively. Fan Technical Transformation Project of Tianrui Xintang Zhengzhou Cement Co., Ltd.

The company has the first new dry production line with a daily output of 4500 tons of clinker cement in Zhengzhou, with an annual output of 1.55 million tons of cement clinker. This transformation is aimed at the circulation, tail exhaust fan, the original circulation, tail exhaust fan operation efficiency is low, in order to reduce energy consumption, the need for energy-saving transformation of the original fan. After the transformation of our company, the equipment is stable in operation, the fan operation efficiency is obviously increased, the power saving rate is 22.9 and 25.7 respectively, and the hourly power saving amount of circulating and tail exhaust fans reaches 752.5kW and 132.8 kW respectively, which has been unanimously approved by the senior management and leaders of Tianrui Xintang Zhengzhou.
