Sintering main exhaust fan

The sintering main exhaust fan is a key equipment in the sintering plant, and it is also the most energy-consuming equipment. Therefore, the position of the equipment in each sintering plant is very important. It runs normally or not, the length of its service life, the failure rate, and the fan performance (efficiency) are directly related to the production and quality of the sintering plant, and the economic benefits of the whole plant.

Magnetic levitation blower

The magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal fan adopts a direct drive structure of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, which integrates centrifugal impeller and motor drive. Through the built-in displacement sensor, the displacement state of the rotating shaft is detected in real time. The collected signal is sent to the magnetic bearing controller for modulation and calculation, and the control current is generated. Then the current is input into the magnetic bearing coil to generate electromagnetic force, so as to adjust the suspension of the rotating shaft.

Gas blower

Gas blower is mainly used for gas transmission, pressurization and other purposes. It is widely used in blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, converter gas and so on. The structural form of the gas blower is a single-stage cantilever, and the bearings include sliding bearings, rolling bearings, etc.

CDQ circulating fan

As the power central device of the CDQ system, the CDQ circulating fan plays a vital role. However, in both imported and domestic processes, the CDQ circulating fan is operated by a single machine without a spare fan, so the requirement for the stability of the fan is extremely high. Moreover, due to the high dust content, high hardness and high operating speed of the coke powder in the circulating gas, the requirement for the wear resistance of the fan is extremely high. Therefore, domestic CDQ circulating used to be imported products before, mainly supplied by German TLT and other foreign brands.

Combustion fan

The composite plate is composed of easy to weld steel and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant overlay, which has better wear resistance than CrC wear-resistant plates; Hard alloy has a higher density and higher resistance to fine particle wear; Higher carbide hardness results in higher wear resistance. In addition, wear-resistant ceramics and other methods can be used to enhance the wear resistance of overcurrent components.

Corrosion resistant fan

The corrosion-resistant fan is suitable for corrosive environments such as weak acid and weak alkali, and is suitable for conveying corrosive and high-humidity gases. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Its impeller and casing and other over-flow parts are made of stainless steel, with good durability and reliability; the shaft seal uses a carbon ring seal form, which is not only easy to replace and maintain but also achieves zero leakage of medium gas.

High temperature fan

The high temperature fan is mainly used as a specialized fan for high-temperature operation, usually used to transport high-temperature gases. The operating temperature is generally between 150-500 ℃, and its material has high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and fan external insulation material to reduce heat transfer to the surrounding environment and protect the safety of operators and equipment. High temperature fans are widely used in steel smelting, glass manufacturing, cement production, petrochemical industry, heat treatment furnace, incinerator, drying equipment, power industry and other high temperature processes.

Dust removal fan

It is a fan specially designed for industrial dust removal system, mainly used to transport gas containing dust or particulate matter.
