Ring cooling fan
Ring cooler is an important part of the sintering process in the iron and steel industry. It is used to cool the high-temperature sintered pellets produced by heat treatment in the iron and steel production process. There are many types of ring coolers, and the commonly used one is the single head ring cooler. The equipment is composed of multiple rotors and stators. The high-temperature sintered pellets discharged one by one enter the static cooling air duct of the stator from top to bottom through rotation, and the ring cooling fan is used for forced air cooling and natural air cooling for refrigeration. Finally, the processed pellets are transported to the downstream production line.
