The dust removal fan is one of the important applications in the field of industrial environmental protection. It is a fan specially designed for industrial dust removal system, mainly used to transport gas containing dust or particulate matter. It is critical in a variety of industrial processes, especially those that produce large amounts of dust, such as cement manufacturing, mining, metallurgy, chemicals, power, and waste incineration. Its working principle is to transport the gas with high dust content to the supporting dust collector, and filter out the dust and harmful gas through the filter material, so as to reduce the emission of dust and harmful gas, improve the working environment of workers and meet the requirements of environmental protection. When the dust removal fan is placed at the front end of the dust collector, the dust-containing gas has a wear effect on the fan impeller and the shell, and the key parts of the fan are usually treated with wear resistance.
