Hebei Quzhai Cement Group Fan Energy Saving Technical Transformation Project
Quzhai Cement actively responded to the national call for energy conservation and environmental protection, and carried out the technical transformation of fan energy conservation. The raw material mill circulating fan of 5000t/d production line was selected as the pilot for bidding. Shanghai Rychen won the bid and completed the renovation in April 2016 with perfect delivery. This renovation is aimed at 2# high temperature fan J1J01, 2# high temperature fan J1J03 and 2# kiln tail fan J1P01 of 3200T/D line. The operating efficiency of the original three fans is 65.49%, 61.02% and 57.29% respectively, which is relatively low. In order to reduce energy consumption, the original fan is energy-saving.
