Since the beginning of this year, Rychen has taken innovative measures and focused on improving the training system and mechanism. In order to help employees and customers consolidate basic knowledge, from August 8 to August 12, Zhaofeng always led members of Rychen's production department, product department and engineering department to conduct a five-day fan training course for Yunnan cement related personnel to help them operate equipment more efficiently.

In order to help employees and customers consolidate basic knowledge, from August 8 to August 12, Zhaofeng always led members of Rychen's production department, product department and engineering department to conduct a five-day fan training course for Yunnan cement related personnel to help them operate equipment more efficiently.
On the morning of August 8th at 8:30, the training and participants arrived at the training site on time, and General Manager Zhaofeng mobilized for the training.
In his speech, Mr. Zhao Feng always briefly described the development history of Rychen and told the story and achievements of Rychen since its establishment more than ten years ago. Rychen has grown from a small company engaged in the transformation and production of water pumps and fans to an industry-leading enterprise integrating water pumps, fans, fine control combustion, energy saving of heating furnaces and other businesses. Such achievements cannot be separated from the support of every employee and customer.
Today, Rychen's comprehensive energy-saving solution for high-efficiency fans is still Rychen's trump card product. It is a great honor for Yunnan Cement to choose us to write a new chapter in the field of energy-saving fans. This training will teach you the knowledge of fan production, operation, maintenance, etc., hoping to help you grow faster and work more easily.
After the mobilization speech by Mr. Zhaofeng, the training course officially began. This training consisted of offline visits, knowledge explanations, and practical exercises.
Leng Fengqiang: basic material knowledge training, welding basic knowledge training
Basic material knowledge training mainly explained the classification of metal materials, the advantages and disadvantages of common black metals and non-ferrous metals and their applications, helping customers to more accurately identify the advantages and disadvantages of materials.
The basic welding knowledge training course included basic welding knowledge, welding defects, weld symbol representation methods, welding materials, etc. It provided detailed explanations of the welding skills required in daily work.
Xu Yuhao: Production Equipment Visit
In the afternoon, Xu Yuhao of the production department took everyone to visit the production equipment of the factory and showed everyone the digital workshop, innovative products and standardized management.
Zhu Chunhui: Introduction of Fan Production Process
This course described in detail the classification of fan products, the introduction of fan production process flow, and the relevant knowledge of fan component production process flow, which can better guide production and become the basis for production preparation.
Xue Jiankang: Fan Basic Knowledge Training
This course systematically demonstrates to customers the theory and external characteristic curves of high-efficiency centrifugal fans, fan materials and wear-resistant measures, introduction to fan energy-saving technology, and fan bearings and lubrication, providing a strong support for the operation of fans in future production lines.
Meng Manfu: Riveting and Welding Technology Training
This course started with the introduction and development of riveting welding, and explained in detail the laser cutting process, milling groove process, the left side plate group pair process of the casing, and the bending and cold working process of the casing enclosure plate, which helped the trainees to master the riveting welding skills faster in the form of combination of pictures and texts.
Gu Hao: fan operation failure analysis, fan dynamic balance principle training, portable dynamic balance on-site practical training
Mr. Gu Hao first trained everyone on the knowledge of daily routine inspection, operation, maintenance and dynamic balance theory of the fan. After that, he took everyone out of the classroom and gave a portable dynamic balance on-site practical demonstration in the factory, teaching everyone practical skills hand in hand.
In the classroom, the students listened patiently, recorded, actively responded to the questions raised by the teacher, and put forward the problems encountered in daily work, discussed solutions with everyone, and grew together in the process of combining theory and practice.
On August 12th, with the end of the last course, the training came to a successful conclusion. The students expressed their gratitude to the instructor, stating that they had benefited greatly and were still unsatisfied. They reviewed and presented the results of each training course one by one.
The participating members presented the impressive knowledge points and stories from the training in the form of PPT, thanking Rychen for providing the learning opportunity. At the same time, they highly praised the professionalism of the factory equipment and product technology, and expressed that they will definitely learn from it in his future work, not letting down the hard work and dedication of the teachers during the five days.
This training was based on the practical needs of customers in their work, and the expected results have been achieved through the teacher's careful teaching. Rychen will join hands with more customers to make the equipment more efficient in the future.
