Mr. Tian is an expert in project management and production management, with 6 years of information technology industry, 14 years of multinational foreign company and 4 years of management consulting experience. He has been engaged in project management, enterprise information management, data analysis, product research and development and related management consulting and training. He has served the world's top 500 enterprises for a long time. Combined with the actual characteristics of China's local manufacturing enterprises, he has practiced the management concept of connecting China and the West, and realized sustainable process improvement in practice.
Team formation, difficulties and strategies
After the trainees introduced themselves, tian teacher divided the trainees into 8 groups, and organized the team members to create and display the team name and slogan. The course was carried out in groups by means of competition points.
After the course officially began, Teacher Tian first explained the basic concepts of project management, organizational structure, and other knowledge, and assigned simple group exercises.
