Ring cooler is an important part of the sintering process in the iron and steel industry. It is used to cool the high-temperature sintered pellets produced by heat treatment in the iron and steel production process. The high-temperature sintered pellets discharged one by one enter the static cooling air duct of the stator from top to bottom through rotation, and the ring cooling fan is used for forced air cooling and natural air cooling for refrigeration. From the beginning of 2018, Shanghai Ruichen Environmental Protection has successively transformed 5 high-efficiency and energy-saving fans for Juxian Zhonglian Technology, covering the entire production line and putting them into use one after another, with immediate results. It saves 6.375 million kw of electricity per year, 3.825 million yuan per year, 1912.5 tons of standard coal per year and 5559 tons of CO2 per year (the annual operation time of the fan is calculated at 5000h).
