It has a daily output of 10000 tons representing the world's advanced level and a number of new dry cement production lines of 6000 tons and 5000 tons representing the domestic advanced level, with an annual output of 35 million tons, ranking second in the national cement industry, It is one of the large cement groups supported by the state.
From the beginning of 2018, Shanghai Ruichen Environmental Protection has successively transformed 5 high-efficiency and energy-saving fans for Juxian Zhonglian Technology, covering the entire production line and putting them into use one after another, with immediate results. It saves 6.375 million kw of electricity per year, 3.825 million yuan per year, 1912.5 tons of standard coal per year and 5559 tons of CO2 per year (the annual operation time of the fan is calculated at 5000h).
The technical renovation project of circulating fan and high temperature fan adopts the customized design of "tailor-made" type. The fan adopts the logarithmic spiral blade type of fluid mechanics, reasonable blade entry and exit angle, and optimizes the radial clearance of the collector, so that the power saving rate of circulating fan is as high as 14.08 and that of high temperature fan is as high as 14.40.
Among them, the technical transformation project of the high-efficiency and energy-saving circulating fan won the second prize in the technical transformation category of the 2019 "Leifa Cup" Technical Innovation Award in Shandong Cement Industry.

In 2018, Ruichen Environmental Protection tailored the technical renovation of circulating fans and high-temperature fans for Juxian Zhonglian Cement, which achieved more than expected results.
In 2019, Shanghai Ruichen once again carried out energy-saving technical transformation on the kiln head fan, kiln tail fan and coal mill fan of Zhonglian in Juxian County. Through several months of joint efforts, the project has been perfectly accepted, and the power-saving efficiency after transformation has reached 34.87, 13.42 and 27.49 respectively.
