1 Project Introduction
1.1 Enterprise Profile:
Yangmei Group Zibo Qilu First Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qilu Yichi) is my country's first domestic medium-sized nitrogenous fertilizer plant that uses refinery tail gas as raw material to produce synthetic ammonia and urea. In March 2008, it carried out strategic reorganization with Shanxi Yangquan (Coal Industry) Group Co., Ltd. and became a member of Yangquan Coal Group.
Qilu Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Linzi, Zibo, Shandong Province, the old capital of Qi. It is located in the main production plant of Qilu Petrochemical Company. It covers an area of 26.23 hectares and has its own special railway line. The main products are urea, methanol, liquid ammonia, steam, octanol, n-butanol, isobutanol, n-butyraldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, etc. The main raw materials for the production of anthracite lump coal and propylene.
1.2 Project Overview:
This project involves 18 water pumps, and the scope of transformation includes improving the hydraulic performance of water pumps and optimizing the resistance characteristics of the pipe network. After the transformation, the key indicators such as flow and pressure fully meet the production requirements, with an average power saving rate of 24%, which is highly recognized by customers.

3 Benefit analysis
According to the data of the National Development and Reform Commission, the production of 10000 kWh of electricity requires 3 tons of standard coal and 8.72 tons of CO2 emissions. The energy saving and environmental protection benefits generated by the project are (calculated at 8000 hours of operation per year and 0.6 yuan per kWh of electricity):
>Average power saving rate is 24%;
>The annual electricity saving is about 8.9 million kWh, and the direct economic benefit exceeds 5.34 million yuan;
>About 2,670 tons of standard coal are saved each year and more than 7,761 tons of CO2 are reduced.
