1.1 Enterprise Profile:
Yihua Group is one of the ten most influential representative enterprises in China's petrochemical industry. It has two listed companies (Hubei Yihua and Shuanghuan Technology), five Sino-foreign joint ventures, and R & D centers and manufacturing bases in Beijing, Hubei, Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Sichuan, and other places. focus on the development of chemical fertilizer, chemical industry, electric power, mining development and other industries.

1.2 Project Overview:
Shanghai Ruichen signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hubei Yihua Group, responsible for the investigation of the energy consumption of the water system of Yihua Group's chemical plants, formulating energy-saving transformation plans, and implementing energy-saving technological transformation.
After nearly three years of efforts, has completed a number of branches of the water system of energy-saving technology transformation, to meet the production needs of the premise, have achieved excellent energy-saving effect.

3. Benefit analysis
According to the data of the National Development and Reform Commission, the production of 10000 kWh of electricity requires 3 tons of standard coal and 8.72 tons of CO2 emissions. The energy saving and environmental protection benefits generated by the project are (calculated at 8000 hours of operation per year and 0.6 yuan per kWh of electricity):
>the average power saving rate is 28.1 percent;
>The annual electricity saving is about 54.22 million kWh, and the direct economic benefit exceeds 32.53 million yuan;
>About 16,266 tons of standard coal are saved every year, and CO2 emissions are reduced by more than 47,280 tons.
