1. Company Profile:
Guangxi Yufeng Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Liuzhou Cement Plant) is located in Taiyang Village, Liunan District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. It was founded in 1958 and is one of the large cement enterprises invested and built in the second five-year plan of the country. At present, it specializes in the production and sales of clinker, cement, mineral powder and cement products, with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons of cement, 600000 tons of mineral powder and 600000 cubic meters of concrete.
In the past sixty years, the company's products have been widely used in large-scale national key projects, and a large number of national high-quality projects have been built, such as Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Zhuhai International Airport, Liuzhou Airport, Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, Nanning-Kunming Railway, Neikun Railway, Guizhou-Guangxi Railway, Guihai Expressway, Danzhan Expressway, Liujiang Bridge, Humen Bridge, Haikou 21st Century Cross-sea Bridge, Dahua Power Station, Yantan Power Station, hong Kong's new airport, Hong Kong Nanyang Hotel, Brunei Sultan Palace, etc., are also made of "Yufeng" cement.
2. Project overview:
This renovation is aimed at 2# high temperature fan J1J01, 2# high temperature fan J1J03 and 2# kiln tail fan J1P01 of 3200T/D line. The operating efficiency of the original three fans is 65.49%, 61.02% and 57.29% respectively, which is relatively low. In order to reduce energy consumption, the original fan is energy-saving.
After the transformation of our company, the three fans are running stably. The power saving rate of 2# high temperature fan J1J01 is 16.20 (79.58 after the calculation of fan efficiency), 2# high temperature fan J1J03 is 24.93 (82.62 after the calculation of fan efficiency), and 2# kiln tail fan J1P01 is 40.52 (84.26 after the calculation of fan efficiency), which are unanimously recognized by Guangxi Yufeng factory leaders and Yufeng senior management.
