Zhejiang Jiangshan Tiger Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive group with cement as the leader, integrating energy-saving lamps, machinery, chemicals, packaging bags, concrete, power production, mining and real estate development. At present, Jiangshan Tiger Group has assets of 0.77 billion yuan, with 6 holding enterprises and 5 holding enterprises.
Among them, there are two new dry process cement kiln production lines, namely Hejiashan Cement Co., Ltd. with a capacity of 2,500t/d and Changshan Jiangshanhu Cement Co., Ltd. with a capacity of 5,000t/d, which produce more than 3.5 million tons of high-quality cement every year.
Project background:
The two cement clinker production lines of Jiangshanhu Group have 10 large fans with online operating power exceeding 12,000kW, and these fans are generally inefficient and consume a lot of electricity. If these low-efficiency fans are replaced with high-efficiency and energy-saving fans, a large amount of electricity can be saved every year, creating considerable economic benefits and good social effects for enterprises.
Zhejiang Jiangshan Tiger Group (Jiangshan Hejiashan Cement Co., Ltd.)
Hejiashan Cement Co., Ltd. has a 2,500t/d cement clinker production line. The production line "kiln head exhaust fan", "kiln tail high temperature fan", "raw material mill fan", "kiln tail exhaust fan", "coal mill fan" and so on use the centrifugal fan produced by Zhejiang yiwu xingyao company.
Shanghai Ruichen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. took one year to successfully complete the energy-saving transformation of the kiln tail high temperature fan (1,400kW), kiln head exhaust fan (250kW) and coal mill fan (160kW), with remarkable energy-saving effect.

Zhejiang Jiangshan Tiger Group (Changshan Jiangshan Tiger Cement Co., Ltd.)
Changshan Jiangshanhu Cement Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and has a 5,000t/d cement clinker production line. The high-efficiency centrifugal fan produced by Chongqing General Industry (Group) Company is used.
Shanghai Ruichen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the energy-saving transformation of kiln tail high temperature fan (3,000kW), kiln tail exhaust fan (1,000kW), coal mill fan (630kW) and cement mill fan (400kW). In the design process, in response to Changshan Jiangshan Tiger's request for increasing production of the production line, the air volume and air pressure of the kiln tail high temperature fan and kiln tail exhaust fan were increased. Combined with the frequency control device of the original fan, the energy saving effect is very obvious.
