Before the training began, Mr. Chen and Mr. Zhaofeng delivered mobilization speeches respectively.

The training content covers many product lines and fields such as fans and water pumps, including various system knowledge and operation details including fan and water pump product theory, industry overview, permanent magnet motor, thermal products, magnetic suspension fans, operating characteristics of circulating water system, raw material preparation, routine work requirements, customer visits, etc.

Steel Systems Department
As a bridgehead for Rychen to explore new industries, the Iron and Steel System Department pays more attention to the combination of theory and practice. In addition to preparing systematic water pump fan products and process training for employees, the training courses also include new industry knowledge such as permanent magnet motor training and thermal product training, practical skills such as water pump and fan industry experience sharing, sales skills and bidding strategies, sales standard actions and speech skills.

Building Materials Systems Department
The Building Materials Systems Department is deeply involved in the cement heavy industry and other building materials industries, which is a driving force for Rychen's performance growth. In order to improve industry business and standardize technical standards, we have arranged courses for employees on energy-saving solutions for fans in the cement industry, industry experience sharing and sales skills, bidding strategies, etc. Finally, a visit scenario simulation was conducted to enable employees to master practical skills in practice.
