1. Project Profile
1.1 Enterprise Profile:
Tangshan Ganglu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was established in January 2002, with more than 10000 employees and total assets of more than 10 billion yuan; it is a modern private steel joint enterprise integrating mining, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking, and steel rolling. The supporting production capacity is 6 million tons.
1.2 Project Overview:
This renovation is aimed at two tail dust removal fans in the first burning workshop. The original 1# and 2# tail dust removal fans have low operating efficiency of 60.76 and 60.67 respectively, which cannot meet the production requirements. The manufacturer requires the use of existing electrical equipment to transform two fans to maximize the operating air volume and air pressure of the fans.
After the transformation of our company, the air volume of 1# and 2# tail dust removal fans will be increased by 15% and 25% respectively, and the operation efficiency will be increased to 83.17 and 83.67 respectively, without changing the original electrical equipment. The equipment is stable in operation, and all technical indicators can meet the production needs, which has been unanimously recognized by the leaders of the port and land high-level and sintering plant.
