Gezhouba Laohekou Cement Co., Ltd. has three cement clinker production lines, with an annual cement production capacity of 3 million tons.
With the increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry, it is imperative to save the cost of the production line. Shanghai Ruichen carried out energy-saving transformation on its high-temperature fan and circulating fan in 2017 and 2018 respectively. After the transformation, the equipment is stable in operation, and the energy saving benefit is remarkable. The power saving rate is 19.7% and 27.8% respectively, which has been unanimously recognized by the senior leaders and leaders of the old estuary of Gezhouba.

Gezhouba Jiayu Cement High Temperature Fan and Circulating Fan Renovation Project
With the increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry, it is urgent to save the cost of the production line. Gezhouba Jiayu adopts Shanghai Ruichen "high-efficiency fluid conveying technology" to carry out energy-saving transformation of its 5000t/d high-temperature fan and circulating fan. After the transformation, the equipment is stable in operation, and the energy saving benefit is remarkable. The power saving rate is 23.0% and 18.0% respectively, which is unanimously recognized by the senior management and leadership of Jiayu in Gezhouba.
