Chen Wandong, chairman of Shanghai Rychen Technologies Co.,Ltd., said in "Technical Transformation of High Efficiency and Energy Saving for Fans in Cement Industry" that at present, only 10% of fans in cement industry have an operating efficiency of more than 72%, while practice has proved that the operating efficiency of circulating and high temperature fans in cement industry can reach 81% ~ 84%, and the operating efficiency of kiln head and kiln tail fans can reach 83% ~ 85%, which can be described as great development potential.

The reasons for the large deviation between the nominal efficiency and actual use efficiency of most traditional fan manufacturers in China are various, such as low efficiency of pneumatic models, incomplete series and pedigree and low processing accuracy. The reasons such as partial working conditions in field use, large supporting motors, unreasonable pipe network design and unreasonable adjustment methods cannot be ignored.
