It is reported that Ruichen Huzhou Factory is located at No. 658 Lijiaxiang Avenue, Lijiaxiang Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of approximately 28323 square meters. Construction began in March 2018 and took more than a year to complete. It has now been officially put into operation. The factory is equipped with production workshops, office buildings, and employee living areas.
Since its establishment, Shanghai Rychen Technologies Co.,Ltd. has made brilliant achievements step by step. With the further expansion of the company, in order to meet the production needs, the company has reached a new level. At the end of June 2019, the factory has moved to the more spacious Huzhou Rychen production and research base.
It is reported that Ruichen Huzhou Factory is located at No. 658 Lijiaxiang Avenue, Lijiaxiang Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of approximately 28323 square meters. Construction began in March 2018 and took more than a year to complete. It has now been officially put into operation. The factory is equipped with production workshops, office buildings, and employee living areas.
In addition to the increase in production capacity, the new factory has also added multiple precision machining equipment, such as gantry milling machines, CNC flames, ion cutting machines, bending machines, shearing machines, horizontal hard support balancing machines and other production and auxiliary equipment. The interior is also equipped with paint spraying room, cast iron platform, research and development test platform, etc. The production equipment is complete, with a complete set of production lines from mold opening, casting, assembly to testing, which realizes independent production of the whole line and provides guarantee for product quality.
At present, the Rychen factory in Huzhou has fan dynamic balance testing equipment and a professional water pump testing platform, ensuring product quality. In addition, the relevant person in charge said that before delivery, the rotor (impeller shaft) was strictly tested and balanced according to G2.5 by using a dynamic balancing machine. After the on-site installation of the fan is completed, the on-site dynamic balancer is used for the operation test of the whole machine.
The professional pump test platform has high test accuracy and reaches the national A- level standard. It can realize the full parameter automatic test of the pump, and can realize the transient test, static test and cavitation performance test, covering all pump test items. This series of inspections and tests can better reflect that Rychen's responsibility, allowing customers to trust their products and ensure that they have the characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, high efficiency, good stability, and low failure rate.
